Residential Services

Ubuntu Care offers a dual live-in Program Supervisor and a shift staff model for its residences.  The live-in Program supervisor model offers a level of consistency and continuity of care that is especially effective with individuals who are in a constant need of support and care.

Home Support services may be provided in an individual’s private home or in an agency managed home setting. This service is provided in blocks of time scheduled throughout the week, based on the consumer’s needs.

Our residential group homes include private home settings located throughout Androscoggin, Cumberland and York counties. Our homes are staffed 24 hours a day and are designed to support a variety of needs. Our staff are trained to meet the individual's specific personal development, medical, dietary, and behavioral needs as identified in the Person Centered Plan.

All Services are delivered as written into the Person Centered Plan, allowing flexibility and individuality for every person.
