Residential Services
Home Support services may be provided in an individual’s private home or in an agency managed home setting. This service is provided in blocks of time scheduled throughout the week, based on the consumer’s needs.Our residential group homes include private home settings located throughout Androscoggin, Cumberland and York counties..
Case Management
Ubuntu Care’s Adult Case Management Services are designed to provide support to adults with special needs and their families. Case managers help link individuals to resources and services in their own communities. Case managers work with adult consumers to identify their interests, strengths and vision for their desired lives, and to develop plan to help them achieve their goals.
Training Services
The Ubuntu Care Training Center provides a comprehensive array of trainings for professionals, and interested community members. Below you can find a list of courses for a content description. In addition to our standard course menu, the Center frequently offers advanced training topics that have been identified as areas of interest to professionals, and community members.
