Felicite Niyongere holds a degree in Managerial Economics and Taxation from the University of Burundi. She brings over 17 years of leadership experience from the Ministry of Finances, where she served as Head of the Tax Audit Service and Auditor of State Companies. She also served as CEO of Business Supply, a private audit and accounting firm. A dedicated community leader, Felicite collaborated with the Catholic Bishops Conference as President of the National Catholic Action and represented Africa in the International Forum of Catholic Action in 2005.
After relocating to the United States, Felicite transitioned into healthcare and social services, excelling as a compassionate and results-driven leader. Starting as a Direct Support Professional, she worked with three companies before joining Ubuntu Care. Her strong relationships with families and caseworkers have been instrumental in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
Now as Program Manager at Ubuntu Care, Felicite oversees daily operations for Home and Community-Based Care services, ensuring client safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance. Outside work, she is deeply involved in her church, enjoys family time, and finds joy in jogging.
